Cancellation Principle
At Fair & White Boutique UAE, a leading online beauty store in Dubai, we value customer satisfaction. As part of our commitment to service, every CUSTOMER has the right to cancel an order by returning the PRODUCT.
The PRODUCT must be returned within seven (7) days of notifying us of your decision to cancel, unless we arrange to collect it from you. This policy is applicable to all orders placed through our UAE skincare website www.fairandwhiteboutique.com.
Cancellation Deadline – UAE Skincare Return Policy
In line with UAE e-commerce return guidelines, the cancellation window remains open for 7 days starting from the day the CUSTOMER, or their designated recipient, receives the PRODUCT.
For multiple PRODUCTS ordered together but delivered separately, the 7-day cancellation period starts from the day the last item is delivered.
For PRODUCTS shipped in multiple parts, the cancellation period starts from the day the final batch is received.

Cancellation requests must be sent before the 7-day deadline to qualify for a full refund.
Refund Policy for Online Beauty Purchases
If the CUSTOMER cancels the order within the valid period:
A full refund, including standard delivery fees, will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, with no additional processing fees.
If a premium delivery option was selected, only standard delivery costs will be refunded.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned PRODUCT or proof of shipment.
Return Instructions – Skincare Products in UAE
Once the cancellation is confirmed, our team will guide you through the return process. Please note:
There is no physical shop location. All communication and return coordination must be done via WhatsApp or email.
We handle returns within the UAE only.
Return Shipping Fees
The CUSTOMER is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the PRODUCT is bulky or requires special handling, the CUSTOMER must cover the additional courier costs.
Condition of Returned Items
All PRODUCTS must be returned sealed, unused, and in original packaging, including any accessories or promotional items.
For hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products opened or used cannot be returned.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for any decrease in the PRODUCT’s value due to improper handling.
